Northern Territory Government Grants

The HomeGrown Territory Grant offers $50,000 for first-home buyers to put towards building or buying your first home. It must have never been previously lived in or sold as a place of residence.

For existing home owners, the FreshStart New Home Grant offers $30,000 to buy or build a new home.
